Fit4Life

Fit4Life is back!

We are very excited to run the popular Fit4Life programme again this year! This programme is open to all women and will start on Monday 13 th May at 7:30pm and continue for 6 weeks.

When you arrive at the church halls please register with the team and if you have come alone please let us know as we would love to introduce you to a friendly face.

This year we hope to dance and sing in Zumba classes, chat and stretch our legs on a guided walk and improve our mobility with a laugh during some gentler exercises. Whatever your fitness level please come along and join in with what you can; all activities can be adapted.

Following our workout time we will all meet together to listen to a speaker share a short message related to her Christian faith. These women come from a range of backgrounds, ages and interests but are all excited to share a message of hope with you.

At the end of each evening we will share a light supper with plenty of time to chat with old friends and get to know new ones. We hope you will join us.
